ORDERING PROCEDURES
Please fill out the on-line order form completely and submit. There
is no obligation to you when you place your order online.
When order is received, Cups and Napkins.net will create a unique
design at no charge and fax a proof of the art on a drawing of the item.
Proof will show item, quantity, size, color, suggested layout, typestyles,
designs, and ink color. Customers may make changes in the proof. If
you make a change we will email a revised proof.
Customers must approve final proof to Cups and Napkins.net via
e-mail or fax (713-952-9641).
Total cost of the order including shipping, and sales tax
(if applicable) will be acknowledged upon receipt of order form.
Any duties or taxes assessed will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Credit card authorization will be requested when you approve
the proof (MC, VISA, American Express, and Discover accepted).
Sorry, no C.O.D.
We usually ship within 7 days after approval of paper proof and
credit card information. Rush service is available at no extra charge.
Orders will be shipped the most direct, economical way to meet
your event. If special shipping is required to meet your event date,
you will be notified. Shipping cost will be added to your bill.
